Suspension Arms Full Set for ARRMA 6S (V5 & EXB) kraton fireteam Outcast Talion

The ARRMA Kraton, Talion, Notorious, Fireteam, and Outcast models require a full set of A-arms for the front suspension. This set includes one pack of right RPM81609 and one pack of left RPM81579 front A-arms.

RPM's A-arms are designed as direct replacements for the stock ARRMA components. The upper arms replace ARRMA #330655, while the lower arms replace ARRMA #330656. Depending on the model year, some additional parts may be required.

For V5 and EXB models, the RPM A-arms are a direct bolt-on replacement for the stock ARRMA #330655 and #330656 components. However, for V4 and earlier models, the installation requires one ARRMA #ARA713032 Shock Mount Pin and one ARRMA #ARA330645 End Cap, replacing the stock ARRMA #AR330218 and #AR330219.

The RPM 6S Front A-arms are compatible with the V5 and EXB editions of the ARRMA Kraton, Notorious, Talion, Fireteam, and Outcast. The design changes made by ARRMA for these later model versions have been accommodated in the RPM A-arms. Nevertheless, they are still reverse compatible with the older models, as noted in the "Version Notes".

Compared to the original RPM 6S A-arms, the new versions are significantly beefier. The lower A-arm support beams are 30% thicker, while the upper A-arms are more than 22% thicker. This added thickness not only enhances durability and strength but also reduces flex. Less flex translates to more predictable suspension performance and handling characteristics.

An additional feature of the RPM A-arms is the extra suspension options. The lower A-arm has an extra shock mount hole located further outboard. This provides the opportunity for a lower profile suspension setup, with the shocks laid down at a slightly decreased angle. This lower center of gravity configuration can lead to improved corner speeds.

Furthermore, the upper A-arm design has been modified by eliminating the caster spacers. This allowed for a wider arm at the inner hinge pin mount, creating a more stable "A" shape. This stability enhancement improves the steering and suspension performance while also adding strength and durability to the overall assembly.

All RPM A-arms are molded from their proprietary blend of nearly indestructible engineering-grade nylon, ensuring exceptional longevity and resilience.
